Might I also add the crowd was totally awesome! The girls with the Volta face paint were freakin' incredible, that must have taken awhile to slap on your face! Man, I really miss this night. Oh well, I am just incredibly lucky she chose Red Rocks as one of the stops on her very limited N. American tour. I wouldn't have been able to see her otherwise. I'm glad I converted my friend to be a fan of Bjork as well; this awesome concert wouldn't have done such a thing otherwise! /bjork_is_awexome - 3712
I got my pictures back from the concert. They turned out horrible. I knew I should have brought a digital camera along. Last time I ever get a disposable camera for a show. I was really anticipating uploading some pictures for this gig. =( /bjork_is_awexome - 2928
thank you so much bjork.. drove from kansas city by my lonesome to see you once more in this crazy thing called life.. 18 hours round trip was worth it beyond words! thank you for everything kansas city.. w00t w00t :-) /bops - 2891
I woke up at 3.00 am in Guadalajara, Mexico to take my flights which would lead me to my final destination...Björk at the Red Rocks Amphitheater...after 2 flights, almost no breakfast and no luch and a little bit tired I arrived to Denver around 12:30 pm...and it was cloudy!! I hoped it wouldn't rain. In 2003 I had come to Denver too to see her at the same vanue and it rained. I'm not really used to Denver's cahnging weather and in that time I was freezing but the concert was superb and it brought me the necessary internal heat to survive the cold. So, when I arrived last may 15th somebody told me that the day before it had rained cats and dogs...I almost prayed that the rain would go away this time to see her with dry clothes, ha! I went to my hotel in Greenwood Village and after getting some directions from the front desk clerk I went downtown to buy Björk's VOLTA. When I entered the Virgin music store they were playing her cd...I was already getting in the mood to see her...I was really craving to see her live once more. I was choosing the cd (with a different cover from the one you can get in Mexico) when suddenly another boy was taking his cd too...then, because I had no real idea how to get to the Red Rocks Amphitheater (in 2003 I passed a real agony to get there and it was really like a pilgrimage to me...I walked through a big park and walked for hours and just out of the blue I was on the right way to the venue...but now I didn't have too much time to get lost). Anyway, I approached this guy and asked him if he was going to the concert and when he said yes my eyes shone. I asked him, eventhough it might sound crazy, to give me a ride to the concert. He looked at me from head to toes and he said that I looked like a nice persone and he accepted to take me with him to the concert. THANK YOU JASON!!!!! The concert was fantastic!! Of course, I didn't want to compare the previous concert I had seen in 2003 with this one, but the customs she wears can definately create an effect on the audience, I think. I year 2003 she wore an "arlequin" custom (I don't know how to say arlequin in English)...but this year she wore a very nice and colorful dress which gave light to the stage. I think VOLTA is a very direct speaking production, because if you think in, at least the last 3 cd's, she's been a bit introspective and poetic. Volta is direct, straight to the point, soft, dramatic or hardcore, but very clear. I saw in youtube some videos of her presentation in Coachella, but definately the Red Rocks Amphitherater, having all this natural magnificent environment and super acoustic, made it all better that anything else. The songs that I loved a lot were Wanderlust, Innocence, ARMY OF ME (with all this wind instruments arrangement was superb), Pluto...oh, my God, everysong was greatly instrumented and programmed...Declare Independence closed the night with a high vibe on the air and she suddenly vanished leaving us all wanting for more. I was really expecting to hear the Medulla songs live and I think she achieved a great sound to play live. Clavichord, piano, wind instruments and the electronic sound made it all sound awsome. I remember when she played in 2003 the wind was cold and a bit hard that even the music sheets from the string octet she had in stage were flying away, and Björk, kindly, picked them up from the floor and handed to the musicians. The screen the had fell down and all the videos she was projecting had to be suspended; we could only see the video for Unravel and Desired Constellation. But, now, in 2007 there were no accidents!!!...and I can say that the same happened to me...She always improves, and her shows are, by no means, the exception. Björk is great!!! BJÖRK, COME TO MEXICO!!!! When she said GRACIAS after one of the songs I went crazy...TAK, BJÖRK!!!! TAK for everything!! (Thanks, Jason, for the ride back to Denver so I could come back to Guadalajara sound and safe) EDGAR. /edgargerardo - 2882
Björk, immersed in the ocean, has, at the very least, enticed me to the shore, & encouraged me to bravely touch my toes to the water. She is a gift to us, she tells our hearts to become our seed that erupts to the surface of our flesh. We, who have so carefully buried our hearts, timid & fearful. We, stealing excuses as to why we must nestle our hearts away, safe & hidden. We are awestruck by your courage. I, the Cleaning Lady, devastatingly grateful 2nd row, center, thank you, Björk, for singing my heart. /starfishlullaby - 2841
I drove 19 hr 33 min from South Texas to see her. It was well worth it! What better way to see Bjork than to have beautiful Colorado as a backdrop. Lester /jazzytaxi - 2832
whoops, i almost forgot......BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! Haha /wanderluster8 - 2828
First off, Red Rocks has the most amazingly scenic surrondings i've ever seen at a venue. My friend Steph and I traveled all the way from Pittsburgh for the show and weren't disappointed in any aspect of the experience. Joanna Newsom was a perfect opener with her lovely voice and angelic harp. Then it was showtime, my first Bjork live experience....the lively Icelandic horn players and rest of the band came on stage and then Bjork skipped into position wearing literally every color of the rainbow, furry red arm sleeves and elfish shoes (which came off one at a time soon after) as can be seen in the (only one!) picture above. "Earth Intruders" was a great, if not somewhat obvious, opener to get everyone shaking....I was thrilled to hear something from "Debut" next, which was a lovely piano and voice only version of "Venus as a Boy." Then came three very pretty slower songs, my favorite of which is "All Is Full of Love". "Pleasure Is All Mine" sounded fantastic with the horn section. I remember someone in a prior review this year saying maybe "Medulla" was secretly a jazz album at heart...which made sense with that awesome rendition. "Joga" was simply breathtaking....definitely a highlight. "I Miss You" was a BIG surprise and very fun.....this was the turning point of the show for me into "unforgettable" status. After that, "Army of Me" kicked in like a burst from the heavens, and to the best of my recollection, Bjork and the audience's energy was INTENSELY AMAZING from then til the very end. "Wanderlust" was the ABSOLUTE pinnacle of the show for me.....as the horns grew more loud and majestic, Bjork's voice soared to meet them. Simply amazing. She came to the front of the stage and really embraced the crowd....which was rightfully eating it up until the last note! "Homogenic"'s "Immature" and another surprise "5 Years" followed and were great, although i really wanted to hear "Bachelorette" (pretty much the only song i really felt SHOULD have been played). "Hyperballad" was fantastic, especially with the trip-hoppy freak-out at the end that just blended right into the raucous "Pluto". I've NEVER danced harder than for that song! Encore was the same as it's been for past few shows, which was absolutely PERFECT. "Declare Independence" is indeed the live jam that gets your fist pumping in the air. Higher! Higher! THANK YOU, BJORK FOR YOUR OTHERWORLDLY ENERGY AND GRACE! AND GREAT DANCING TO BOOT....HAHA. ONE OF THE BEST CONCERTS I'VE EVER SEEN AND EVER WILL! ~Matt /wanderluster8 - 2827
A friend of mine has seen Bjork three times and every time there is some kind of adventure saga one must get through to see her. This time was no exception. There were missed flights and missing concert tickets, stalkers on the streets of Denver, rain and hail and a creepy house in the woods where we were staying. After all of the things we went through, one might ask "was it worth it to see Bjork?" HELL YES!!!! This was the most amazing show I have ever seen. The energy Bjork exuded was unbelievable. Red Rocks was the perfect place for her to play and I will definitely return next time she plays there. I hadn't listened to Volta enough to know all of the songs so I was happy to hear some of the older tunes, especially Hyper-ballad. After the show we hung around the busses waiting (and waiting and waiting) for Bjork but met some other totally cool people instead. The brilliant Mark Bell stopped to say hello, and Damian Taylor, who is gorgeous as well as incredibly talented, was there too. The girls in the band were adorable, and everyone thanked us for coming and said that this was the best place they had played so far. Lets hope they return again soon! /katied - 2813
Bjork is love. /Lani Milbus - 2812
It was my first Bjork show and it was easily the best show that I've ever seen. I had row 29 tickets, BAH! I made it to row 12. Maybe not too honest, but those seats were up there. I feel sorry for the GA people, but we all got to enjoy a great show nonetheless. The people that I sat by saw her at Coachella and assured me that I wouldn't be let down. They were even behind most of the crowd at Coachella and still enjoyed the show greatly. Wow is all that I have to say. /cityrocker924 - 2809
My first Bjork concert and I was AMAZED! I love all of her music so every song was a treat in itself. However, I really wanted her to play Pluto and Declare Indenpendence and I got what I wanted! Had she played them back to back I would have died, but she spared me some breathing room. I raised my flag and Declared Independence with everyone else. I'm still running the event in my head and still having multiple auralgasms!!! I'll be seeing her again, but this time back home in Texas!!! ACL 2007. /arkkangel - 2808
Omg! No Pictures yet? I should have taken some on my crappy camera phone! Still basking in the afterglow of Tuesdays performance. I can't stop thinking about it! /mercuryrevboces - 2807
Love the Bjork show at Red Rocks. It was my first time at Red Rocks, and I'm glad it was a Bjork show. Does anybody know the songs that were played before the show. If anyone knows, I'd appreciate if you let me know. Gracias! /nagoom - 2806
We drove 14 hrs to see Bjork @ Red Rocks. And it was absolutely worth it. Bjork, in this venue, with this show... I can't imagine anything anywhere being more exciting, amazing and beautiful. The set was a fantastic mix of high energy and contemplative lyrics that had us on our feet all night. I'll NEVER listen to you the same after hearing the concert Tsdy!! My ONLY regret? Not being able to experience this a second time!! Bjork @ Red Rocks!!! Amazing. /miguel446 - 2805
wonderful. wonderlust. /telatela741 - 2804
I saw Bjork last night. It...was...AWESOME! :) I was afraid it was going to rain at first--it threatened to with some sparse sprinkling, but fortunately we stayed dry. I never knew who the opening band was--some Celtic group who never introduced themselves. Weird o,O (shame though; they had an interesting sound). I had to look it up the next day. Otherwise, good show. :) Even live, her songs sound different from song to song--something rare among artists these days, whose songs all sound the same (even recorded). She also knows how to actually use the mic, unlike other artists--and by that I mean she actually pulls the darn thing away from her mouth when she sings louder, sparing the crowd's ears a bit. Of course, there was still the usual (and unfortunate) distortion that accompanies music being too loud the way it is at a concert--but at least it wasn't as bad as rock concerts with their electric guitars (cringes). It was kinda cute how she said "Zank you!" in her little Icelandic voice after every song, hehe :)....and I think she took off her shoes half way through, lol. I originally thought the concert was going to be of all new material from her CD she just released, but I was pleasantly surprised when she performed some of my favorites, including (and perhaps especially) "I Miss You" --which was the first song I ever heard by Bjork. I also really enjoyed hearing "Army of Me" live, since it's one of her more electronic songs. Oh, yeah, and I'd never heard a synth live before.....that was the f@cking coolest part =) --aside from the way she turned Red Rocks Amphitheater into a rave for her finale, with a "Hyperballad"/"Jupiter" cross-mix song. The mixer guy and the brass orchestra members (who were glowing neon colors under blacklights btw) were all jumping like they were on trampolines, and when Bjork finally returned to the mic from running and jumping around, she stood in place holding the mic/stand, singing "aaah" over and over as lights and lasers GALORE swirled all OVER the place--it was like a f@cking acid trip! O,O I still would have liked to see her sing "Pagan Poetry" (my favorite song by her), "It's Oh So Quiet", and "Clatter Clash Bang!" (both very fun songs). I always wanted to see one of my top favorite artists perform, and I always wanted to go to an electronica concert. I finally got do both of those things last night, and man was it sweet. B-) I totally can't wait to do it again! Come back again, Bjork! I (and Denver) will be anxiously awaiting. :) /maddcat0 - 2802

So amazing that I can still hardly believe it happened. If I could put it into one word it would be "surreal". If you have pictures, please share!!!! /MarahBear - 2800
I loved the show. She is so amazing in person. I was excited that she played 5 Years and I Miss You for us before any one else on this tour. Every song chosen was great. I would have loved to hear others, but I am sure I will hear them in a future show. She is soo full of energy and knows how to work the crowd well. She is the most unique and influential voice ever.--Alfred /alfredlovesmark - 2799
buddbravo, I would LOVE to get some of those pictures you took. I was in row 21 so not close enough to see what you saw and get those pictures. I also saw Byork at Red Rocks in 2003 and I enjoyed it, but Tuesday night's show was EARTH SHATTERING. I brought a friend who had just moved back here from California and was not a big fan of Bjork (due to lack of exposure).... well I can tell you one thing, he's a big fan now. We were amazed. Everything was intense... the venue, the sound, the setlist, the band, the lights, and Bjork's stage presence. She's like a fine wine, getting better as time goes on. I really hope she comes back soon. When I bought the tickets I thought the price was steep, but I have absolutely no regrets at all now - it was a night I'll remember 50 years from now. /cfletcher1971 - 2797
Oh how I love her. What an amazing show. The whole day was a Joga day and the concert perpetuated the feeling. /telatela741 - 2793
Another beautiful show! My friend and I flew from different parts of the country just to see the lovely Miss B. And it was well worth it! RedRocks was gorgeous, and luckily the rain from the previous day cleared up and by the time Bjork took the stage, the stars were coming out to watch! It was spectacular to hear older songs like "Venus As A Boy", "I Miss You" and "5 Years" alongside all of the newer songs. "Oceania" was gorgeous, and "Wanderlust" was soooo moving it literally brought tears to my eyes. We were in the 4th row, and I kept feeling like she was looking right at me... *chills* The best part for my friend and me was "Hyper-ballad," our very favorite song from way back. It was electrifying! Throughout the whole show, Bjork had so much energy, and does so much to connect with the audience... extending her arms, gesturing to us, smiling, and coming out to the very edges of the stage - it's amazing! She dances around and everyone else looks like they're having fun too. Her voice is beyond stunning when heard live. At one point I had to call my other Bjork-obsessed friend in Chicago on my cell so he could hear "Venus As A Boy" - otherwise I don't think he'd have believed she played it! There were a few people in front of us SITTING DOWN (????) the whole time, and I worried Bjork wouldn't feel a lively vibe from the audience because of that. So I took it up upon myself to scream my head off. I hope you know how wonderful your shows are Bjork!! Fabulous fabulous fabulous, this woman just CANNOT disappoint. Also, a shout-out to the dudes from St. Louis who hung out with us in line for hours waiting for doors to open at 6:30pm. And a hello to Jason, Isaac and Khris who hung out with us for hours waiting by the tour buses after. And must not forget a holler at Mark Bell and Damian Taylor who we met at said buses! We loved it all! And most of all: thank you Bjork! It was a fantastic performance! xoxo /TartMiss - 2792
WHAT A WONDERFUL EVENING!!! I have loved Bjork since Sugarcubes, and was mystified on how the fans have grown. That was the best Bjork show I have ever seen!!!! Her energy is amazing, and as she says I believe that it "still amazes" her!! :) Aurora was so fantastic!!!! I Miss You, was a wonderful surprise! THE BEST FOR ME WAS.....5 YEARS, I was floored!!!! KEEP UP THAT FANTASTIC WORK BJORK, I anticipate more, and more, and more!!!! Dont forget us, and come back as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU... FOR ONE OF THE BEST NIGHTS OF MY LIFE!!!! -Tim Ibison /tithos - 2791
This was my first time ever seeing Bjork and it was totally amazing. I'm glad that Joanna Newsom opened for her, that was a good deal on my part since I love her too. The crowd was really energetic and when she started playing "Pluto" it was almost like the show had turned into a rave! I could tell that everyone there was enjoying themselves. The setlist did not disappoint either. It came as a total shocker to me when she started playing "I Miss You" one of her almost long forgotten songs! That totally blew me away!!! I was also glad to hear "5 Years" as one of the songs (she hasn't played it live for about 4 years, I wish it was 5 though that would have been great irony!) and I wasn't expecting her to play "Venus As a Boy" at this show either. One thing that did let me down was that she didn't play "Pagan Poetry" but oh well such is life I guess. It was still a good show regardless; worth every penny I spent and I will definately see her again the next time she comes to Red Rocks! /bjork_is_awexome - 2789
I can't say enough apparently. I just wanted to add that I woke up beaming this morning. Bjork is a beacon of love and hope in these dark times. I too saw the Zooropa tour though I kind of enjoyed that one too. I also saw her in 2003 at Red Rocks. Last night just had more energy and Godhead than those other performances. Thank you. /Lani Milbus - 2788
Red Rocks, second row center. WOW! Been a Bjork fan since the early SugarCubes. Saw them on the U2 Zooropa tour, at the end of their run and the band sucked. Very disapointed then. But last nite, I was just stunned and amazed at the originality and the boldness. Juxtaposing a 10 piece female brass orchestra all dressed in dayglo oompaloompa costumes with the strident, almost scholarly Jonas Sens on keyboards and the three men doing the electronics and drums was a fantastic support to Bjork's stong voice and impish stage demeanor. The sampling and constant overlaying of sonic textures and rythms and the video of the touch-screen computer instruments was really incredible for me to see as the fruition of the vision that Robert Moog had in the '60 for electronic instrumentation. Just what was that big circular psychedelic "drum", anyway? I've always admired Bjork's originality as an artist and this show satisfied completely. Few artists are willing to take the risks that she does. Joanna Newsom...perfect warm up. She's Kate Bush and Bob Dylan in an elfen body. I'm still high the next morning. Fantastic show. Joe /bluesky01 - 2787
also I only caught the 2nd half of Joanna Newsome but she sounded great! /mercuryrevboces - 2785
This was my 4th time seeing Bjork! My excitment level wasn't as high since I had just seen her at Coachella. Still an Amazing set! Pluto still sounds epic no matter how many times I heard it. Earth Intruders sounded loads better then at Coachella, more aerodynamic. And of course Army of me, is like an industrial jackhammer. Some surprises and disappointments: I was not expecting Dull Flame of Desire. But was still hoping Antony would show up. Still Sounded Awesomeness. Another surprise was I Miss U! I was just listening to the track a few days before the show and thought with the new horn section it would sound awesome. And it did! But it also sounded a little rusty. And 5 years! My god I haven't heard it live since 2002 Coachella!!! Thank Bjork! Thank you for the show! I am hoping to try and Catch you again at Austin City limits in September. 3 times in a years? Can someone ask for more! This was also my 1st Red Rocks show...it did not disappoint... /mercuryrevboces - 2784
This was my first time seeing Bjork. What an incredible experience!!!! Thank you sooooo much. What was the electronic instrument that looked like a huge bass drum that they were placing circles/squares on the top? WONDERFUL SHOW! WOW!!!!!! /W.E.R.D. - 2783
Aside from the girl standing beside me who decided she had to try to sing (or scream) along with Bjork for the entire show a half-step out of tune, it was a spectacular show!!! The two-hour set seemed to fly by and left me wanting more more more! Bjork is so cute when she dances! The highlights were Earth Intruders, Army of Me, I Miss You, Pluto, and Declare Independence. WOW! -Boober & Wembley /siggyweaves - 2782
Thank You Bjork!!! Yet another AMAZING show!!! In my books NO ONE can do it better that you!!! "Army Of Me" and "Declare Independance" ROCKED!!! /jair151 - 2781
holy shit. i'm going to die happy. I just saw Bjork 3rd row at red rocks! I'm completely out of words, and not only becuase I no longer have a voice, but becuase she left me in awe. Without a doubt, Army of Me, I Miss You, and Oceania immediatly stick out. Oceania was sooooooooooooooooooo amazing. And holy cow, she saing Pluto with such conviction! That song...... *sigh* I was so excited everytime ANY song started! I cannot calm down enough to give a complete review but let me just say that Bjork has not lost her genuine spark of energy and sincerety like I had maybe thought.... it's in full effect! TRUST ME! *i got some freaking awesome pictures to! AHH! 3RD ROW CENETER! I have no more reason to live now... /buddbravo - 2779
The sky was grey and intimidating. I was worried that it would rain, but thankfully it only sprinkled a few suggestive drops of moisture on my face and arms; just enough to make the air crisp and pleasantly clean. I was quite comfortable in a t-shirt and hoodie. Joanna Newsom, the opening act, was so cute. I love her voice so much! She makes these great little screaming noises that send a pretty rush down my spine—definitely going to have to pick up one of her albums! Björk finally came on at around 8:30—wearing a winged, pleated rainbow outfit with crotchet gloves, shoes and collar—starting with ‘Earth Intruders.’ The energy was so great and so bouncy towards the amazing performance of this song. ‘Venus As A Boy’ was quiet with Björk and Jónas Sen on harpsichord. I always find the harpsichord version of the song really haunting and this was no different; a very welcome addition to the setlist. ‘Aurora’ surprised me a little! I usually don’t like the album version so much… but this was totally new and exciting for me—I may have to give it a second chance. ‘Dull Flame of Desire’ was stunning to hear without Antony. It was certainly missing something without her duet partner, but I’m totally glad I got the chance to hear a solo version just once. ‘All Is Full of Love’ got me dancing. She held those high notes out for such a long time!!! Aural orgasm #1. ‘Pleasure Is All mine’ was powerful with brass filling in the missing vocal arrangements. ‘Vökuró’ again found Björk solo with Jónas in a splendid rendition of the uplifting tune. I loooooove ‘Jóga’ live! She was dancing a lot onstage which got me laughing a lot (in a good way, mind you) and made the song feel totally different. The first tiny little notes of ‘I Miss You’ creeped out of the speakers and I exploded. One of my favorite songs and with live brass nonetheless!! I had about 12 aural orgasms in that song… it never should’ve ended!!! EVER... well, considering ‘Army of Me’ followed, it was almost ok that I Miss You had to end. Army of Me is such a fucking great song live. Unbelievably powerful, the laser show only added to the explosion of grinding sounds. I finally got to catch my breath a little bit with ‘Innocence’ and its adorable programming. Great song and even better live! ‘Wanderlust’ followed. To me, the body of the song is lost slightly in the live atmosphere; however the ending’s commanding brass and delightful vocals far surpasses the album. One of my favorite Björk tunes, ‘Immature,’ was a pleasing surprise to hear with brass and piano accompaniment playing its sweet 7-note theme. Another favorite, Homogenic’s ‘5 Years’ was just adorable. Björk danced around the stage and pumped her fists to emphasize the lyrics. Her level of animation at this point in the show had really increased as she was interacting with the audience a lot. ‘Hyperballad.’ My. Fucking. God. I have never had an experience like this version of Hyperballad. The song began simply enough, holding true to the album version that we know and love, but soon grew out of control into a thumping trance explosion of dancing, pleasure and noise. I can die happy now that I’ve lived this. Seriously. The noise and pleasure faded into ‘Pluto’ which totally blew me away. I was in a zone of sheer emotion just dancing my heart out. I can’t even describe the amazingness that is Pluto. Just… wow. The main show was now over but the audience wouldn’t dare let that high die. The reactable was throbbing on the monitors subtly telling us that it was far from over. We never ceased screaming and freaking out until the encore of ‘Oceania’ started; the song she sang at the Olympics and now I’ve heard it live… An experience I’ll never forget. She closed on another spectacular high with ‘Declare Independence.’ The crowd screaming “HIGHER! HIGHER!” —even now remembering it—an indescribable moment to share with so many people. I won’t have a voice tomorrow but I don’t care. That moment was truly worth it. One final “THANK YOU!” as she and the entourage were off. The house lights raised to illuminate a dazed audience left with nothing to do but enjoy the animal flags onstage. Björk puts on one hell of a good show. I don’t think anything will ever top that experience for me. /Gyakusetsu - 2778
Joanna Newsom was a great start to the show. They set the tone exquisitely. /Lani Milbus - 2777
...but Aurora was such a highlight! I am a huge Vespertine fan. The Medulla Songs sounded so crisp with that band. Pluto, Army of me!!!!! 10th row! /Lani Milbus - 2776
Last time I saw Bjork was at Coachella 2002. This was wayyyy more intense and upbeat. Perhaps the lack of Vespertine songs helped this one out in that sense. I Miss You was certainly a welcome surprise. 5 Years was unexpected as well. Glad to hear Army of Me is back to it's rockin version--in 2002 she was doing a pretty laid back version of it and that song is just meant to burn. I don't have much more to add from those who already posted, but the sound was stellar, the air was nice and crisp, and the visual aspect of her show was really spectacular. Again, not to compare, but I liked this show infinitely over the Vespertine-era Coachella show. -Brent /watermelonkid - 2775
Bjork has once again opened my eyes. Her band and opener were powerful musicians. I feel alive and magnified. I read this post yesterday and saw all of the comments about it being the best concert ever. After the giant glowing spectacle that is emitted from Bjork it is almost impossible to refrain from describing this as a corporeal experience. Pluto freed my from my flesh. I Miss You was thunderous. All Is Full Of Love was arranged beautifully. Bjork’s voice was as powerful I have heard it. She soared through Red Rocks. Immature, Five Years, Hyper-Ballad!, Pleasure Is All Mine, vokurd(font?), Desired Constellation, Oceania, Aurora, Joga, Wanderlust, THE DULL FLAME OF DESIRE with a more harmonic arrangement and Bjork handling the vocals, it was gorgeous, Earth Intruders, VENUS AS A BOY, were all punctuated with Declare Independence. I danced until I couldn’t raise my arms. Bjork is a part of my heart. I hope she is a part of yours as well. I may have left out a song or two and the order is not even close to the order she played them in. All of those songs were performed beyond my expectations and I will remember this experience for a very long time. –Reverend Lani Milbus. /Lani Milbus - 2774
Earth Intruders, Venus As A Boy, Aurora, Dull Flame of Desire (not as a duet), All Is Full Of Love, Pleasure Is All Mine, 5 Years, I Miss You, Army Of Me, Innocence, some icelandic song, Wanderlust, Joga, Immature, Hyperballad, Pluto, Oceania, Declare Independence (this might all be in the wrong order). Great show! Pluto was formerly my least favorite Bjork song. But it was probably the best song live. Lots of people in front of me decided they wanted to waste their $65 by drinking and talking and ignoring the show, which was annoying, but overall it was fun. Red Rocks is a great venue. /sprek@msn.com - 2773
