How often did you rehearse between shows, if at all?

we would add songs , so the time it took to work them out ... i like when you have already started the tour and it sort of becomes it´s own beast and you realize that it has enormous potential in sections you didn´t expect and then things you thought would grow into something unique kinda didn´t . then you can alter the balance during the tour by adding more songs . we added for example "i´ve seen it all " in moscow ( rehearsed ) because i wanted more songs that would feature the strings . in the beginning of the tour i thought "you´ve been flirting again" would be enough but we needed somthing that would be so detailed and pull the whole show down , almost too much , to test people´s patience and undo the whole "rock cliche" thing , when the audience goes into a fake mtv mood , i know they mean totally totally well and it is done because they like my music and it is probably totally out of order to say this but i want to give to them the real heart not the hype or the status or the mindlessness state . so it is sort of a risk , like saying : are you with me ? if not they leave but if they are we can build from there . ... on another note we added 8 bars to the end of "hyperballad" since people seem to like that a lot and we also fine tuned a lot of stuff , always long soundchecks , added scatterheart ( which we had never done live ) , síðasta ég , mother heroic and mouth´s cradle on rehearsals between the shows .
